4th PPGMEC Congress

The 4th PPGMEC Congress was established with the goal of discussing ongoing research and future trends within the Graduate Program in Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Goiás.

With a focus on relevant topics such as sustainability and renewable energy, participants will have the opportunity to present their research, discuss results and methodologies with other attendees, listen to experienced and renowned speakers from Brazil and abroad, and develop their skills through mini-courses specifically designed for the profile of undergraduate and graduate students in engineering at UFG and Goiás. Additionally, the congress will enhance participants’ experience with scientific, technological, and innovation research, expanding their knowledge boundaries and networking for potential future partnerships.

In this context, submissions will be accepted on topics related to Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry, whether they are completed works with consolidated results and discussions, works with partial results, project proposals with defined methods, or even works that are still in the literature review phase.

Thus, by fostering collaboration among undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students, technical staff, and faculty, the congress aims to increase integration among these groups while also discussing and encouraging the strengthening of the Graduate Program in Mechanical Engineering through the Self-Assessment Symposium.
